EXAMPLE A - Straight repayment over 120 months:

120 months x £1,776.33 per month

EXAMPLE B - With a balloon:

119 months x £1,296.07 per month followed by 1 month x £80,000.00

For these examples, we have used the following assumptions:
Based on a 20% deposit (£40,000.00).
Advance - £160,000.00
10 year term.
Interest and capital paid monthly on the reducing balance on a variable rate basis.
No penalty for early settlement if settled after 6 months.
Lump sum payments can be made at any time without penalty.
Registration costs are done via our Registration Agent.
The quotes are based on FHBR (4.00%) plus 2.00%.
